1. Testing knowledge and performance of included exercises and grips and anatomical concepts
Following on from the theory exam you will be required to perform a range of pole moves to show your knowledge and ability to demonstrate the exercises to an acceptable level, then asked to give progressions or modifications if applicable,
These moves will be chosen by your adjudicator on the day and may be given individually or put together in combinations at their discretion.
You will also be required to give definitions of requested movement definitions & muscle contractions.
